Calla Yesitis

I am a new graduate from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelors in Health Science - Community Health Education

My previous involvement with a school organization that works with the Starkey Hearing Foundation and the American Society for Deaf Children has given me the opportunity to support those in our community by hosting events and raising money to purchase hearing aids for those that are hard of hearing.​

My previous work as a Peer Health Educator and Health Ambassador has involved me with my diverse school community, where I have had the opportunity to spread educational information through social media, in person or virtual workshops, and bulletin boards. My goal is to contribute to the community I am involved in to help support families and children in need.
