Area III: Implementation 

An individual sample learning opportunity regarding the prevention methods of addiction. Included in the document is the objectives of the learning opportunity, the implementation procedure and examples of materials needed for the lesson.

Building this plan represents my growth in developing implementation skills by creating a lesson with well research information and activities to reduce addiction rates. This artifact illustrates my accomplishments in both implementation and research because this issue is recurring. 

For continued learning, I will continue to focus on and research new and emerging addiction rates.
